    • Next, place one index finger on your chin, start moving your jaw up and down while tilting your head back.
    • Hold for a few seconds, then relax.

    • Place both hands on your forehead, spreading the fingers out between your eyebrows and hairline.
    • Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure.
    • Repeat this movement several times to smooth out the forehead lines.
  4. The Cheek Lift:

    • Place your fingers gently on the top of your cheeks.
    • Lift the cheeks upwards, while smiling.
    • Hold this position for a few seconds, then release.
    • Repeat several times to firm the cheek muscles.
  5. The Neck Tightener:

    • Tilt your head back and look up.
    • Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
    • Swallow while keeping your head tilted back.
    • Repeat this movement several times to tone the neck area.
